I can't remember where I'd read this, but I think other guys have said that taking biotin and fenugreek is helpful as for someone pre-T.

I did some googling on fenugreek and I'm not sure the connection since its also good for lactating mothers... That seems kinda the opposite of what we're all going for.

Thoughts? Opinions?
