I am finished my costume! I wasn't sure it would happen - I even had dreams of a halloween in an incomplete ensemble - but it has. Boots painted, goggled made, labcoat finished. It's all ready! I think I'm finally done the lab coat. It's not perfect, not by a long shot, but it's finished. And that makes me happy. I finally set up the sewing machine that I got for Christmas last year tonight. Which means I can get to work on my Dr. Horrible costume. I have no pattern, so I'm completely making it up as I go along, and I don't think that cutting my only material at 1am was the smartest idea, but I'm sure I can work with whatever I did. I'm beginning to think that my costume might be harder to make than I thought.
