I find it hard to believe it's Thanksgiving.  Not necessarily because of the time or how fast it's gone, but moreso because it feels like, for the first time in awhile, there's less and less to be thankful for.  I normally feel so grateful around this time of the year.  It feels different this time ( Read more... )

So, another session with Jack has come and gone.  As I told Lyle in an IM tonight, they're getting better.

I really, really like Jack.  He is very open minded, seemingly genuine, witty, smart, funny.  In fact, speaking of funny, I think laughter really helped me to open up more... it brought down my defenses.  It's something we've always talked ( Read more... )
