We were learning about the difference between masculine, feminine, and gender-neutral adjectives in class today.  Well, I can tell you that my drawing wasn't quite so gender-neutral.

I mean, yes, on one hand, the first day was awesome.  I love my students and have tons of good things to say about them.  On the other hand, holy shit, we ran an hour and a half over.  WHAT EVEN.

Yeahhhhh.  This is why my drawing skills are rad.

When my students came in today, they had to write down six body parts we learned, and then draw a picture next to it to symbolize the body part.  After three minutes, we would share, during which I would write the word on the board and draw the symbol.  Simple enough, right?  Wait for it.

Definitely had a dream last night where Chuck Norris was torturing me and was going to end up killing me.  I escaped by becoming invisible, because that's clearly the only way you can escape Chuck Norris.

My baby brother is miserably sick, and I'm sitting next to him on the bathroom floor, typing this while he tries to sleep away the nausea.  But, on the plus side, I'm beta-ing some totally awesome fic at the same time, and I got a new student to tutor today so, really, today's not completely awful.
