Yesterday, I made my first
okonomiyaki at home. I’ve enjoyed it at restaurants, and wanted to try making it at home. I went to
Mitsuwa and bought a bottle of
Otafuku okonomi sauce, some dried seaweed, and bonito. I made my okonomiyaki with chicken, shredded cabbage, and kimchee.
