This tuna wrap recipe was adapted from Chef Michael Smith's cookbook, Fast Flavours. He is one of my favourite chefs out there right now; I have all of his cookbooks. I highly suggest them to anyone who's looking for easy, fast recipes that turn out delicious every time. This tuna wrap fits that description to a tee.

Sounds lovely, but I'm confused about the vegetarian tag; fish isn't vegetarian.
