Dammit. My roof leaks.

I called the roof repair guy a while ago, but apparently they’re busy and I haven’t heard back.

It’s okay for now, since the ice has frozen again. It startedleaking yesterday when the temperature went up a bit. There’s an awfullot of ice up there.

I have a house. I've been slacking off about doing the work that needs to be done with it. This list is actually kind of long. And pretty specific, too. I've been doing a lot of planning, but not a lot of doing. At least I've got the roof done now.

Well, sylverskye moved in today. And then she left again. So I've still got the place to myself for another week at least.

I've officially doomed any previous plans for a LAN party. The middle room in the basement (which I don't have a name for... my future home theatre room, but currently the LAN party room) is now full of stuff that was being stored in the back room (which I also don't have a name for, but will soon be rented out as a bedroom.

• Well, we're done the first week and I haven't actually written anything for NaNoWriMo. I think this probably means I'm out. I don't foresee me having a lot of time this coming week either.
