Today I made an owl. He is a thing of cuteness and beauty with jewel eyes, a button beak, a suede face and a felt belly, with a mod fabic body. I shall put up photos later, but overall, I'm quite pleased with him. A bit of modification to give him a flat bottom to fill with beans so he stands up, and I'll consider my prototyping stage a success ( Read more... )

Ended my birthday in the E.R last night when I started having a massive pain/puking attack. They finally got the nausea under control with the second anti-drug they gave me, and then got the pain taken care of with dose two of dilauded. The doc there thinks that it IS nerve pain because it is constant and I'm supposed to follow up with the regular ( Read more... )

They let me out this afternoon and I've kind of been too strung out to do much but watch bad Christmas specials and the Glee episode from this week. The meds they sent me home with knocked me waay back on my ass more than I thought. It's like my gallbladder decided to give me a long enough break to play CoC last night and then decided it was pissed off enough to strike back.
