just woke up at 2.20pm. Feel like I  have not slept much.  Can't concentrate on anything. NOt even a movie.. keep pacing like those caged lions!

Had left over of migraine this morning. When the sun came up, the light triggered it again. So no work. Feel a bit guilty, as they will have noone to cover me.

the migraine returned with vertigo today. Dave drove me to the GP, as it was not safe for me to do so. I did not go to work. It is subsiding slightly (I can move without feeling nauseous), but can go either way.
HOpe it settles before tomorrow.
Good news is that my BP was absolutley normal today when it was checked. I still have to see my regular GP ( Read more... )

migraine is now a headache with droopy eyelid.. just finished 30 mins of powerwalking on trampoline.

Had non-paid sick day on Thursday - migraine, nausea. ugh. Took Aspirigin (good stuff!) but was off my face for the day...
Yesterday we collected some rocks from oscarpasz .  Thanks! Also got some succulents for M's garden. We are hoping to get it done before she comes back from her Easter sleepover at her grandmothers.

rebound mini-migraine. Fighting nausea all afternoon.  just when it was improving, M chucked a wobbly and the yelling has set off a burgeoning migraine.

I had vertigo and a migraine. I ran into the door and got a bad bruise, and twisted my back (for which I have been paying for with pain all week). - the day after the chiro and massage too! - I went for a massage today. then promptly knocked my neck ... again.

Today it cooled down to 35 deg C (ish)... yeah...
I had a migraine this morning and, just as it was improving, my daughter chucked a wobbly and screamed in my ear... now I have the head spins and have just popped some aspirin in a vain hope that I can head another one off at the pass and be OK to go to work tomorrow.

I only just made it home last night before I got a migraine. I had a snooze, everything tasted foul. Today I feel like.... (yep, that is it).
I have a muzzy head, still a bit of a headache, my co-ordination is shot, still slightly dizzy, the left side of my face is still a little numb..
