more big ouchies and some possibly good news also
the migraine returned with vertigo today. Dave drove me to the GP, as it was not safe for me to do so. I did not go to work. It is subsiding slightly (I can move without feeling nauseous), but can go either way.
HOpe it settles before tomorrow.
Good news is that my BP was absolutley normal today when it was checked. I still have to see my regular GP on Wed with regards to my BP... so hopefully it will still be OK.
The weight loss has remained at 4.5kg (some muscle is being laid down with the exercise), but hopefully it is still improving my health.
