I've been cooking a bit at home lately, so here's one of the meals I've concocted.  I finally bought a hand blender after dithering about it for a long time.  Having a gift card really helped me make up my mind, haha.  Somehow it didn't really feel like spending money if all I had to do was hand them a gft card to get the blender.
