I've been in a baking mood lately, so when I saw the recipe for Strawberry-Topped Lemon Cucakes with Limoncello Glaze in the current issue of Bon Appetit, I knew I had to make it. I didn't have any limoncello in stock, but fortunately, my uncle had brought me a bottle of crema di limone from his recent trip to Venice, so I was all set.
