So, lots of Fandom Drama yesterday with one side claiming to be the victim of hate and using that as an excuse to hate and vilify another side, which gave the other side proof that they are in fact the real victims.  It would have been funny except the whole thing managed to imply that the KKK is as harmless as fangurls and the people they have ( Read more... )

K-site is unbearable.  (In the past few weeks I’ve had two friends stalked either through their LJ or their e-mail by trolls from K-site.)  TWoP is in over-moderated lockdown and is no where near the fun, snarky and intelligent place it used to be.  Every article on Smallville gets bombarded with foul comments.  I’m telling you, this fandom gets ( Read more... )

The tone over there is nasty today.  Lots of shipper BS and fan bashing on all sides.

Hopefully it'll die down and be a pleasanter place tomorrow after the premiere, but until then I'm avoiding it like the plague.
