- Got my financial aid award letter yesterday, and I'm getting another year of grant funding plus stipend which is an absolute financial relief. So, it's been over three weeks since I've updated. I was considering making it an even month, but that just seemed ridiculous. I've spent the time doing Ascendio planning, spending time with the kittens, redesigning my journal, not writing, and struggling with depression, woe.

Have been offline for a good chunk of the weekend, mostly reading and going on a record buying spree. Honestly, this was after spending an hour pushing them away...
Yuletide pwned and uploaded last night. Now back to frantically writing a terribly overdue fest fic (God bless the mods)....and this would be how Pansy and Imogen "help" Mommy write, oh, yes, because Mommy and the laptop are soooooo warm and cozy to snuggle up and nap on for the whole afternoon. Sigh.

One book presentation. Three papers--one of which was a sermon for Christ the King given in my liturgical year class. Next week I only have one class (thank you, oh combination of AAR/SBL conference and Thanksgiving), so I'm spending it writing one last short paper, working on one last project, and writing the hell out of hd_hols. My weekend was spent sorting through 150 pages of Hadewijch's poems so I can write a damn paper on her theodicy this afternoon. Oh, and chopping off all my hair into a Ginnifer Goodwin pixie cut. It looks wicked good, I think. I'm pleased.
