So some  fan publisher "R's shuppan" had used images and names of Arashi and KAT-TUN and published 12 books between 2005 - 2008.

Apparently the books trace the history of the said groups.

Just as the title suggests, Akanishi Jin (KAT-TUN) would be releasing a CD under the name of a fictional band in the movie "BANDAGE".

Not really THAT interested in this, except for the fact that he's a johnny and this might be interesting to watch. The movie is said to release on the 16th february, 2010.

I CANNOT believe Kamenashi Kazuya (KAT-TUN) has landed a guest role on  Takuya Kimura's (SMAP) upcoming drama "Mr Brain". Filming for his epiode (third one, broadcasting on 6th June) has already started (or ended? o.O) and he expresses his excitement and happiness with this chance.

Ah, so it was reported that Konkatsu! (starring Nakai (SMAP) and Ueto Aya) had obtained the lowest ratings (9.4%) ever on a Fuji TV monday 9pm slot! The previous drama played Voice (Toma, Eita) had it's lowest rating on it's 9th episode (10.2%) but it was never as low as what Konkatsu! had.

I haven't taken much notice of the Gokusen movie actually but according to TokyoGraph, Kamenashi Kazuya's (KAT-TUN) participation in the movie was announced yesterday.

He will resume his role as Odagiri Ryu and will be playing a teacher-in-training 4 years after his graduation. Takaki Yuya, Miura Haruma  and Tamamori Yuta will also be in the movie ( Read more... )

In TV Asahi drama series "Hissatsu Shigotonin 2009", Tanaka Koki (KAT-TUN) would be joining the cast for the long standing periodic drama which starred  Higashiyama  Noriyuki (Shounentai), Matsuoka Masahiro (TOKIO) and Ohkura Tadayoshi (Kanjani 8).

And so it was released today, that Nakai (SMAP) is to co-star with Ueto Aya on a new Monday 9pm drama with Fuji TV. Konkatsu! which is an abbreviated term for kekkon katsudo stands for marriage hunting.
