( Show of hands, does anyone care about NCIS LA? )

Being relatively new to the NCIS fandom I know not the hip haunts and fan pages.  Anyone have a good screen shot of Tony/Michael's profile?  Or just know of such a hip haunt where I could dig around for one.  I have a fanarts idea but need a reference.

Also, does Jeanne annoy everyone else or is it just me?
