Things are getting close to countdown time.
I only have two weeks left at work and in this apartment. I'm a little sad on both parts. My job is easy and my boss is a really nice guy and my coworkers are cool. Still, it's retail. You start to feel kind of dirty all over selling stuff after a while. And that atmosphere won't and can't last forever and ever. I've been in the apartment over a year with one of my best friends. It's super cheap for the size, the landlords are awesome, and the neighbors have been decent. Seriously, if roommate weren't going off and getting married I'd probably live here forever with her working a crappy job in my hometown. Good things must end for the better though.
I'm seriously considering donating the horsey to the local Children's home if I don't find somewhere for her soon. They have equine and ag programs. I wouldn't get anything for her, but I'd feel good about the cause. She was actually bred on a Children's home in Keller so it might kind of feel full-circle. I'm still keeping her up for sale and contacting people I know about options, but I'm going to look into what this might entail.
Since I'm flying out on the 10th of November I'm going to have to live with my parents for 9 whole days. Before leaving the country for god knows how long. Burrhrhhhh.
