It was very early on Saturday morning, so hopefully there wouldn't be anybody else around in the gym. She needed to work out some frustration, preferably without being recognized by more people she had never seen before in her life

Aeryn still has people to see and things she actually has to do, but first she wants to beat on something so she can just get that out of the way. She heads into the gym, giving the other girl a nod of acknowledgement, and then heading straight for the punching bag.
Landing on her feet again, Buffy stopped to give the unknown girl a cautious look, before nodding back. Dean headed down to the gym for the second morning in a row. The sparring yesterday morning had been fun; it was different sparring against someone who wasn't his brother who he could read like a book, or his father who pretty much laid him out every time.

Peter's eyes widened at the number of people in the gym this morning. He rather thought he knew how Cam felt the other day. He bowed to the room at large and walked over to one of the heavy bags.
Sam threw her towel and water bottle into a corner, waved to the room in general, then went over to the treadmill and set it for a light jog, so she could warm up before working out. Looked like the heavy bag was in use then anyway.
