I got out and drove for the first time this week this morning. I didn't want to be out in this arctic cold freeze we are having and B had said he was sliding a lot. Thankfully I drove in a low gear and didn't slide at all ( Read more... )

Well this evening was the optimum time. The next few days are going to have around a minus 15 wind chill and Z has been waiting all week to go sledding. We took some friends and as the snow came down and flew around us and we stood there in our 4 layers of clothing that didn't make us a bit warmer at all we watched the kids sled at Jordan Valley ( Read more... )

When I woke up this morning the temp in the house was 48 degrees. I decided that with the frigid temps that are supposed to be here all week we needed to do something.
