What a cold cold day!
and I heard we are in for a very cold week.
Did I mention our heater isn't working right? Our house is staying at about 55 degrees most of the time and I am just too cold to get much done. Last night B went and bought some small heaters but they really don't make much difference.
B and I got all ready to take Z sledding, we'd told him we would last night. But after getting all ready I checked the temperature tonight and it was 3 degrees with a windchill of -6. I just thought it would be irresponsible to go out in that cold and B agreed with me. Z was so disappointed but I just couldn't take him out there. Hopefully sometime tomorrow and Wednesday we can go. Thursday and Friday are supposed to be even colder than today. Not looking forward to that. So we made hot chocolate and played some games together to try and make up for no sledding.
We took down the Christmas tree tonight. Kind of sad but nice to be working toward getting back to a normal routine.
I am feeling the need to get in gear. It is too easy for my days to just slide and I am determined to make a difference in my life and my fam's life, today and each day I walk through.
