lady Ro, in the SCA Roana  de Laci,   mka  Lynn Hunter,  aka ladyrowansplace has been on my mind as usual.

recently i noticed that its her birthday coming up October 3rd.. that is. ...Tomorrow.
too young to be gone... even now.  Please remember her, her family, and especially her husband in your prayers

This Saturday, I will be down in Bright Hills (Street, MD) for an SCA event. Bright Hills was the home barony of ladyrowansplace, whom we lost to cancer within the past year. i just got back from doing a day  trip to Maryland for Atlantia's SCA King's and Queen's Archery Championships.  It was the same day as the East Kingdom's King's and Queen's Archery Championships... which would make more sense for me to go to, my living in the East and all. but the people running the Atlantia event asked me, and besides i know so ( Read more... )

i am still sick, recovering from the nasty cold. and have now developed the usual "recovery cold sore" so i am probably over the worst of it.

since i have mostly been stuck at home i am limited in what i can do... and since i have no sense of smell from congestion, i cant  test BPAL...or really cook..... so being a Fabric Dragon i naturally have ( Read more... )
