I almost didn't do it! There was rain this morning, so I didn't run before work. Then I had a flat tire at the office, so I was stuck there longer than I expected (and I found out the jack on my new car was messed up, which made it take longer for me to change the tire...), so I didn't run in the afternoon. The weather is finally cooling down, meaning that I could run at mid-day without lamenting the cursed sun. I used a different C25K app, and I messed up the timing a little bit (My phone had its ringer on silent, so I didn't hear the first alert to run).
