I had a blast at this event last night. I was a little worried as to how Jim would fill the time in a long interview by himself, but he soared well beyond my expectations. Full blog to come--I took notes AND video!

Movie: Clash of the Titans
Hoping Sam Worthington will go the way of Christian Bale and Robert Downey Jr., but so far, though Avatar and CotT are big action hits, I'm still waiting for him to distinguish himself from the rest of the action herd. I tried to watch an episode of Firefly today. I just finally thought it was time, after watching the (bittersweet) reunion of the Buffy cast at Paleyfest08. (The entire panel is on Youtube, btw. I finally got around to watching Tim Burton's "Alice in Wonderland" last night, and it carried along a similar theme to the comments on the last TBBT ep. Basically, what's up with taking the easy way out? It never pays off! Every time the movie started to get somewhere exciting, it would just fizzle out again.
