A smaller set than many years, but I'm still going to attempt to split them by theme. Here lie stories about women being sisters, daughters, wives, lovers, friends, rivals, collaborators, witches & storytellers, women coming into their power...
Resurrection, zombies, Frankenstein's monsters & more than one flavour of anthropomorphised Death... seven very different takes on death not necessarily being the end. Another couple of my favourites (*)
Getting back to my interrupted set of Yuletide 2013 recs, here are sequels or AUs that fix problems in canon. Only a short set, but each of these works is long & satisfying.
I wrote The Emerald Band for Zaganthi, 'The Speckled Band' in the 'A Study in Emerald' universe. (SiE is Neil Gaiman's crossover of Lovecraft's Cthulhu mythos with Conan Doyle's Sherlock Holmes, and if you haven't read it you should do so.)
