I finally got the chance to sit down and finish BioShock 2 today. I feel oddly bereft. Tonight, I'm headed to Disneyland for the first time since NOVEMBER which tells you how tragically busy life has been - every time the prospect of a late night at Disney has arisen these past few months, I've just been too exhausted to even consider it. So by far the most exciting thing about today's trip to Universal Studios was passing by Stage 27 on the Studio Tour. Why? Because, according to our host's production schedule, sets for Gore Verbinski's new film "Rapture" were being prepped inside.

Right after coming home from work, Luke and I flopped onto our (glorious) bed and experienced the most blissful 2-hour nap my body has ever been graced with. Bar none. Seriously? So our shiny new copy of Game Informer finally came yesterday, with THE COVER STORY TO END ALL COVER STORIES, and I am absolutely floored by how much information was given out about the game - I mean, nothing really spoilery when it comes to the storyline, but plenty revealing what the basic premise is this time around, the heirarchy of Rapture now ( Read more... )
