A customer has had an ice-auger in the shop for about a month now; The rewind starter on the thing was broken, so I had to order a new one before we could even begin anything else.  Of course, the part was back-ordered, and though it was supposedly sent out on the 23rd, it just arrived (by mail) today.  Fine and dandy, it's ( Read more... )

     This winter has been even worse than last winter, though we haven't had a major blizzard like the one we had in January 2010.  (Knock on wood!)  Still, the sheer volume of snow has been ridiculous, piling up in the yard two or three feet deep, with drifts five feet deep or worse!  The following collection of pictures gives some idea of what we ( Read more... )
