My insomnia has kicked in again - I wake up somewhere around 3am and can't get back to sleep again.  This isn't really surprising.  What is surprising is what my brain is churning up while I lie awake with the World Service murmuring in my ear (the theory is that it distracts me from whatever it is I'm fixating on and allows me to go back to sleep ( Read more... )

Today was my first day without a deadline for... well, since the end of September.  (Though last summer really didn't feel like three and a half months off - I have No Idea where the time went.  It's not like I do a lot of cleaning...)
