Friday!!!

I know the week isn't officially over yet, but I'm not going to school uni today, so it might as well be!
Since The Parents and The Sister left on Sunday afternoon, I've mostly been asleep. This week has been the sleepiest week I've had for ages. In between sleeping, though, I've:
- submitted my dissertation proposal. Having sweated blood over it, one of last year's third years told me that the co-ordinator rarely lets one go by without changing it. Sigh.
- done a presentation about my work placement, which accounts for 30% of the marks. Got some laughs, and I'm pretty sure I put my enthusiasm across, so fingers crossed.
- played squash with The Husband. And it didn't hurt as much as I'd thought it would. We've booked in twice next week!
Today I'm spending the morning working (proper working, for money) and then meeting The Husband for a drink after he finishes work. So if the sun could fight its way out from behind the cloud, that would be nice. It's actually too dark to read at the moment. ::glances hopefully out of the window at the strange yellowish light outside::
