Almost two weeks ago, I had laparoscopic laser excision surgery of my endometriosis with Drs. Albee and Sinervo of the Center for Endometriosis Care. My endo was barely Stage 2, but it was deep into my uterine walls and had been causing me a lot of problems. So thought I’d update to let you gals know what happened with my little friend the IUD.

I met with the GYN at my health clinic last week, to discuss treatment options. Based on multiple ultrasounds and an MRI, it looks like the cysts on my left ovary are endometriomas, so now the question is, what to do. I went in feeling fairly educated, from reading this group and all the various links y'all have posted (plus some I found myself).
