Which is better, Top or Bottom?

One is photo, the other is scanned. personally, the color of the photo is nice but the scan is a bit more crisp.

It's La Nina. Time for rain! That's the way I remember the Philippines when I came for vacation before. Always raining.
Supposedly, PAGASA announced there's gonna be another typhoon heading towards Visayas region, Bagyo Ramon.  If it changes course, it could head North towards Manila...*crosses fingers*
