...about the incoming bagyo
It's La Nina. Time for rain! That's the way I remember the Philippines when I came for vacation before. Always raining.
Supposedly, PAGASA announced there's gonna be another typhoon heading towards Visayas region, Bagyo Ramon. If it changes course, it could head North towards Manila...*crosses fingers*

Both use references from dA. Here and here respectively. Just practicing my watercolour again. I've decided not to rip the paper out from the notebook, it's easier for me to keep everything in one book so I'll have it as a journal/portfolio.
I'm thinking of this as practice for the watercolour book I'll be taking with me when I go places. WEW!
