One of my knees is constantly hyper-extending on me. It really hurts. And is starting to get kinda worrisome.

I just want my knees to be reasonable so I can start doing gym stuff again.

I am missing running and basketball and sports again. But winter hurts my knees too much for me to do anything about it.

I should check out the rock gym next weekend and see if that helps anything, maybe.

My arm is pinkish and kinda swollen right around where the flu shot went in yesterday, and it still hurts. Not nearly as much as a tetanus shot, though. But this morning I was in pain from my shoulder joint all the way down to the joints in my fingers. Wheefun ( Read more... )

Today is one of those days.

My knee hurts.

It hurts when it's extended. It hurts when I bend it. When I put weight on it. When I don't.

Walking goes something like this: step limp step limp step hyper-extend step limp step hyper-extend...

Painkillers aren't touching it.

What do I do now?
