大丈夫だと言えば嘘です
Watched the Osaka Shounen Clubs today. I figured it was prolly best to watch them with somebody, since some of the screencaps I'd seen floating around on tumblr were making me teary, so I went over to naniwa_elle's for some support.
会いたいです 会えないです
Because I'd seen screencaps already, I knew pretty well what to expect. Hama-chan would do Give Me, alone, and 轟-Go!!- with Veteran. So I was prepared, and made it through ok. Laughed at Akito in the game corner, laughed at Kami-chan any time he was on screen. Cheered for Hama-chan when he did Give Me.... and I can't tell if I'm projecting or not (because I don't want to go back and check) but I think he looks upset when he has to do a BOYS song solo. Ganbatt, Hama-chan! We're all ganbatting with you!
胸が苦しくなる
Completely lost my shit when Junta of all people started crying at the end of 君にこの歌を. JUNTA! THAT'S CHEATING! I had a brief moment of thinking he was just playing it to be funny (mostly 'cause Ryusei looked at him and copied him to gomakasu a bit), but then when Akito went over and hugged him...
And the camera pan down the line of them, with Bun looking sad, and Hama-chan all watery, and and and
And the start of the next episode, with Junta looking more upset than I've ever seen him.
Honki ni crying yo.
And that's when I lost it.
We skipped over most of the second episode because of time (it's late, and I should at least pretend to get enough sleep), but watched the opening medley with Veteran and Hama-chan doing Stay Gold (again, knew this was coming, got my (T_T) out of the way beforehand) and we noticed that the camera was never fully on Hama-chan. We got full happy face shots of everyone else, but they really kinda skipped over him.

When they showed the stage again, with all the girls up on the risers on it, I noticed one of them was really crying too. Poor girl, I know how you feel.
I love the BOYS songs. But I wish they'd retire them for a while, and give us all some time. They managed that with OSSaN - we went a long time without hearing Maze before they brought it back.
I just..... yeah.
