About all the silence: We had no internet service there for a week or so. I was able to latch onto a wifi signal that first day to send that last post and then - NADA. I have now reached the epitome of nerd-dom. I just stood in line to buy Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. Not only that, but I was at the Barnes & Noble at 11.
