1) The rain that was supposed to clear the air of the pollen that's been tormenting me for days did not do its job. According to Pollen.com, the level for today is still at 9.2 of 12. The forecast this morning was that it would be at 3.3. Fuckin' liars. And the forecast only drops the level from HIGH to Med-High over the next several days. Shit.

Quelle tragédie ! I can no longer drink soda! The new med I'm on, Diamox, has a side effect that makes food taste bad. It's called parageusia, and is especially apparent with carbonated drinks. Went to see my neurologist (Dr. B) yesterday. We talked about how my cardiac echo went, what the plan is going forward, and also went over the information to help me file for disability.

Ragweed season is here. How I know? Not because the dude on TV says so (although I used them for confirmation of my theory). It's the itchy eyes and the constant sneezing. I mean CONSTANT. Even when drugged up with antihistamines. I've run out of Kleenex already. The only cure now? Drugging myself into a stupor. I love fall. *snork*

All that cleaning I did last night stirred up something that's had me absolutely allergic and feeling under the weather all day. Sneezing, asthma attacks like crazy, itchy eyes - the works. Kill me now.
