About an hour ago, I managed to drop a vessel containing 6½ gallons of water on my finger. I don't think I fractured it....

The last few days have been grand. We've had guests in town. First Cindy from Cleveland, who is now in Vancouver for a conference, and will pass through here again on the way home, and the day she left Melinda's parents arrived for 9 day stay, incorporating a car show next weekend.
