Very windy this morning. Last year's leaves racing across the yard in droves. Dark. It looks like rain but rain is not called for. The chickens aren't even complaining about being shut up in their run this morning - they know how rough it is outside. Exciting! We have had hail twice today (just pea sized) and lots of thunder and lightning this afternoon. Very strange for the month of January. The rain is pelting down right now. I opened the door for the chickens to go out late this afternoon, during a sunny spell, but they did not want to go out - maybe they knew that another bout of lightning ( Read more... )
