Very windy this morning. Last year's leaves racing across the yard in droves. Dark. It looks like rain but rain is not called for. The chickens aren't even complaining about being shut up in their run this morning - they know how rough it is outside. Instead the baby monitor is picking up the sound of the plastic I have covering the run shaking in the wind.
Today Dave goes back to the surgeon for a follow-up and to get the catheter out. This whole thing has been an ordeal for him. I hope now it will get better and better each day.
I started a new song last night. The Rainbow Connection from the Muppet Movie. I really like it. Not like some songs I have been doing. I particularly dislike one song. It's a sea shanty: Blow the Man Down. Blaa. I'll be glad when I "pass" it and can move on.
