i received a rosary in the mail today. it was forwarded from my Canadian address and is apparently something the Society of the Little Flower sends as part of fund raising for the society, the Canadian shrine for Ste. last night, i took a large, brand new bottle of shampoo that had been in my bathroom over to Sister's bathroom where it belongs. we noticed that the shampoo was far too liquid. it seemed very odd, but we figured that it must be a defective batch or something. apparently, it's been so long since i've actually signed on to LJ on my laptop that my laptop has forgotten the password...and so have i!  luckily, semagic still remembers it, so i can at least post.  not that all that much has been happening.  i finally got around to getting my Washington driver's license.  i even got to have a half way decent ( Read more... )

so they recently did an open enrollment for benefits at work. one of the options was a fairly decent health insurance package. not super, but not bad either. and only $65 or so per month. i could live with that. so i popped on-line and did the web based opt in...except it never gave me an option for the health insurance. the 401K? sure. the ( Read more... )

Sister was out of town for the first part of this week, so i was Baby Girl's main day time caregiver. which meant i got to get her up, feed her breakfast, take her to day care on Monday and Tuesday, go to work, pick her up from day care, and play with her until her dada got home. today, i didn't have work, so i got to entertain her all day. this ( Read more... )
