As predicted, words were hard to come by last week in the midst of our Epic Move. So here's how I did on BIRTHRIGHT:

Monday 6/28: 1359 words
Thursday 7/1: 526
Friday 7/2: 1600

So that's only 3485, and I'm aiming for 5000 a week. However, on Tuesday 6/29 I did write around 2000 words on my weekly Star Trek Re-watch post on "The Ultimate Computer", ( Read more... )

I just finished revising a short story from January(!), "Playing With Dolls"--one of my most disgusting and disturbing stories ever (if not the most). I think I've fixed a number of the problems with the first draft, thanks to feedback from my trusty writing groups. I'll likely do another polish on it this week before inflicting it on Altered Fluid ( Read more... )
