Setting out on our barefoot walk tonight he decided to follow my lead and walk in the grass next to our gravel driveway a departure from his usual straight up the center.
Apparently, he felt the need to explain by pointing at the driveway and proclaiming, "Owie, owie, rock." as he skipped off.

This morning Dr. Beth came out to neuter Gideon, our ram at 8 am. I wandered around getting ready. Brian got Galen and Perry ready for golf camp. Brian's van was parked in the wrong spot blocking the field because I had to move it yesterday because the pasture-mower guy blocked the whole driveway.*

Things have gone so poorly today we've reached the laughing stage.
Woke up and Brian was downstairs. Sent Virgil to him. Brian did not pee him so later I got to change a wet diaper.
Fought with Brian twice. Impressive since he left 30 minutes after I woke up.

On top of that my eating food finally caught up with Virgil. Despite meds he screamed off and on until 1:30. This morning I noticed all his fingernails have whit spots. Great, he's zinc deficient. I am tired. Virgil is manic. 1/2 the sink has soapy dishes in it. The other 1/2 has dirty ones.

My bedroom smells of anal glands. Maybe it's on the dog? I kicked him out and it doesn't smell anymore.
