The day after our snowstorm, Marc and I went out to enjoy our impromptu day off of work.  We took Nadezda out for a drive through the neighborhood, and went for a walk, including playing on a local playground.  As usual, I couldn’t enjoy myself without taking some photos of the day.  Enjoy!

The area of Arlington that Marc and I live in is quite green and woody, and as such, there’s quite a bit more wildlife than one would expect to find only 15 minutes from downtown DC.  When I go walking in the woods nearby I frequently see rabbits, there’s a fox that lives near Marc’s family’s house (they’re only 3 minutes away), and the birds are ( Read more... )
