My mum is kind of better about the death now. Her and my dad are in the process of starting to clear her flat and get rid of her things. A whole bundle of her clothes went to Oxfam today. My sis came home yesterday morning. It was lovely to see her. Having her home sort of lifted some of the tension that's been in the house since the car-pranging incident a few weeks back. Woo, Christmas! ^_^ We slept in LATE by my Christmas standards and awoke to my sister battering on the door telling us to get up at 9:30.

We are ALL (including Vince) a bit spoiled, like. I love having loads of pressies to open. [/brat]

Got a lovely tape with the Doctor on it so we're gonna settle down later and watch it. Awesome.

But we're ok now. Sorted. We're now stopping in for some drinks and to drop off the presents and that's it. Just a short visit rather than a huge meal. This is more what I thought it would be in the first place. Hurrah.

So, the big drama of the week is that my Auntie Nan tried to rope me and Vince into this fairly huge family dinner at hers on Christmas Eve.
