The trip home from Germany was good, albeit long. It’s been a few years since I’ve been on any flight lasting longer than four hours; the flight from Düsseldorf to Detroit was nine. It was great to see Kylea, Ayden, Rylin, and Jessica waiting for me at the airport. Without a doubt, the best closure to a trip a father and husband could expect!

I hate it when I haven’t posted in a few days; too much to recap and there’s always something forgotten. Maybe I’m getting old or at least more gray. Maybe all those gray hairs are ruining my memory.
