The air is slowly clearing over us. It still smells awful, but it’s not as bad as it was yesterday. After a restless night’s sleep we awoke to a thick haze of smoke. The fires are, for the most part, out - there’s some serious smoldering going on, but the fire fighters are keeping an eye on those areas and the heli-tanker was in the air at first light, dumping water on the problem spots ( Read more... )
