On the one hand, this could be viewed as jumping the gun, but I feel fairly confident in saying that my dissertation is finally done and over with. I've jumped through every last hoop the grad school threw at me, and over $150 later I mailed the final corrected copies back to NIU. 150-ish pages of writing wasn't really so bad but the sentence I just wrote was the hardest of all... its no wonder I held off on doing the decication for so long

I like that I have mornings where I can take my time to get ready or, as I'm doing now, lounge in bed while doing some work. This last one is a particular fave now as I rearranged my bedroom and because I've got one kitty at my right elbow and the other at my left ankle - I feel loved.
