Wow, such a long time since I have updated here. I have been busy, that is for sure. I had my yoga teacher training this weekend. It was really informative, as usual, but nothing really out of the ordinary happened. We were going sort of slow today because the topic was a lot of history and sort of dense. I've been trying to keep a food log for the past few days to really see what I have been eating and hopefully be able to make sure I am getting all the nutrients I need.
