Yeah, I get to do manager training! Thrilling adventures! But hell it's better than being yelled at on the phone. I'm doing great with the work so far but it's the interaction with my agents that's getting me down. It's hard for me to inspire other people to do their job well. Maybe this training class will actually help. Not.

So work isn't going as awful as I thought; the only problem is that for over half my day I have nothing to do. My new boss likes me though, because I don't bug him much. So I went home for Christmas weekend, but I had to work Mon and Tue, so I came back early Mon morning. But I did get the rest of the week off, so I'm quite happy. Just in case someone checks my livejournal from work, let me explain one thing. I AM SICK! I didn't call in sick for an extra day off. I got sick over the weekend while out of town, and now my lungs are on fire and I'm spitting up green goo. So yes, I wish it was much more devious than that, but live with it.
