I am awake this morning and have already done a 20 minute brisk walk.... mind you it was in circles around my classroom but when one has almost an hour and 15 minutes of plan time right away in the morning, sitting is not always my favorite option.  Its good to get up and walk.  I'm hoping to get a walk in later too but I need to run the cleaned ( Read more... )

I am planning to throw a "Peasant Feast" for Thanksgiving Thursday or possibly the Friday after for anyone in my area who wants to come.
