OK. So, there is less than a half inch of snow on the ground... it's 12 degrees outside... and while we are projected to get a whopping 2-4 inches of snow by tomorrow evening (whoppity doo) and the wind chills are supposed to be down to -12.... they have already given us a snow day for today.  I say it again...
